Survey of Satisfaction with Korean Medical Treatment for Women¡¯s Pro Volleyball Players: 15 Case Report

Abstract
Objectives This study aimed to understand the satisfaction degree of women¡¯s pro volleyball players in order to provide basic data which would give help not only to improve the quality of services, but also to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean medical service on sport injuries.

Methods The data were collected from 15 women¡¯s pro volleyball players who responded to a self-report questionnaire.

Results & Conclusions 1. The average satisfaction score for the Korean medical treatment service within the team
was 4.4. The reasons for satisfaction with the treatment were the team doctor¡¯s excellent treatment knowledge and
skills, kind explanation, and listening to the patient's words.
2. The average satisfaction with the services at Korean medical clinics was 3.36 points. The reason for satisfaction
was listening to the patient's words and kind explanation, and had the advantage of having fewer side effects compared to other treatments. Conversely, the reasons for dissatisfaction were pain and high cost during treatment.
